Medical Licenses

Medical Licenses
We do not require a parent or guardian to come to an appointment if you are a minor, and we do not require a driver's license or proof of citizenship. We do ask for a valid ID; however, give us a call if you have further questions. We aim to provide a safe space for all, regardless of your circumstances, ability, nationality, or age.
