What to expect at your appointment
At your initial appointment, Metro Women's Care can provide lab-grade pregnancy testing and answer your questions about what to expect, natural miscarriage or self-managed abortions, side effects, and more. You can also discuss your health history and any additional steps that may be needed prior to an abortion. We believe women deserve to make reproductive health decisions in a place that does not profit from their choice, and we do not provide or refer for abortion services. If the test is positive, we can also provide an ultrasound to confirm viability, how far along you are, and other necessary health information that can determine your next steps. We also offer additional services, support, aid, and free resources.
