To safeguard your health, Metro Women's Care can also provide free STI testing and treatment for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia with our licensed nursing staff as a part of a pre-abortion consultation.
Pregnancy Confirmation
If you have missed a period or are experiencing other early pregnancy signs and are considering an abortion, contact us for a no-cost pregnancy test.
We begin with a medical-grade pregnancy test. A nurse will determine if you meet the criteria for an ultrasound. The ultrasound is used to determine how far along you are, if the location of the pregnancy is inside the uterus, and if the pregnancy is viable.
An ultrasound may be able to determine whether or not you are having a natural miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy before making an abortion decision.
